Superior
From another board: Guys: Not sure how many of you have Superior engines on your aircraft, but I do. Seems today in the mail, we received a nasty package from Superior's bankruptcy attorney, Strasburger. The long and short of it after speaking directly to Brent at Superior....they will no longer exi...

The aircraft were fastened to tiedowns with care, In hopes that come morning, they all would be there. The fuel trucks were nestled, all snug in their spots, With gusts from two-forty at 39 knots. ...

Ambulance chasing lawyers only sue when there are some a...

Brian, I do wish you'd stop sniping and belittling members and actually try to benefit by listening once in a while. From another post re the HQ issue. "that it would not be in the interests of the members of either association to merge until the matter is resolved." Legal people give legal advice n...

Brian, I do not see any criticism of the EC above. A very senoir PFA officialactively campaigned against Keith when Keith stood for the EC on the basis that he would be a spy on the PFA commercial interests and that is a matter of public record. If this is a llargely a legal matter about joint asset...

A quote from the "other side", another PR triumph... "On a personal note I am very pissed off at being informed of this decision by a public announcement on a web site rather than via the communication channels that had been forged and could and should be built on.. but no Roger Hopkinson decided to...

The abstentions is a side issue but in the case of having to have an Absolute Majority as is usually the case when Very Important Issues are at stake, an abstention is equivalent to a no vote. That is all I meant to convey. Any vote that is not for the motion reduces the percentage of votes in favou...
