Holzflugtage to EDAX
Another year and another great fly-in organized by Hubert Eckl, this year at Rechlin-Larz aerodrome in north east Germany, 18-20 May. This is a big old former Soviet airbase and Hubert has organized a fly-in and a jazz band on the Saturday night with food and sustenance. There are bicycles to borrow...

Why not make a case to CAA that the aircraft comes under the rules for Annex II and is not eligible for a C of A and should thus be moved to a national Permit to Fly. If they reject that and you feel that your case is strong...

Brian What a great result. This is the first I'd heard of the plan but can imagine the efforts put in by Francis and his team and Mark at DHSL in order to get this agreed. Obviously the LAA CAA Design Liaison Surveyor is on our side on this one and deserves our thanks also for taking the brave step ...

Hi Graham Interesting question. As you know I always 'park' my prop horizontally based on the 'moisture uptake' theory. I can shed no light on why Evra recommend never leaving the prop horizontal but would be very interested to know why Evra advise as they do. Have you asked them directly? Regards J...
