OK another Pub evening where I cannot get in because the max number are reached. How much does it cost to increase it. I'd have thought it trivial compared to LAA funds. Not impressed.

Having bleed loads of difficult car brakes & clutches what you want is a Mityvac pump, not expensive & useful for other jobs as well.

Fuel evaporation? Is there actually fuel at & in the carb when trying to start? Also sure it is a carb issue & not something else like no spark?

As an ex radio tech. Try good earth on aerial ground plane, ensure power wiring is away from mags and leads. Worth trying mainline choke in the power lead to the radio. Car radio shops sell them.
