Mine has taken a working week so far. I sent all the documents electronically and no one has come back to me with any queries. I really feel that I'm not getting the service I'm paying for, when in previous years turnaround times were excellent. I also had a bit of trouble finding a inspector this ...

No problems here either, stays logged on for months.
Try clearing out all cookies associated with this website address.
Or it could be something to do with Antivirus software, or some privacy/adblocking add-ons you are using.

I can't say I like it, when I want information I don't want an art gallery. Acres of space used when just a list will do.
Quite agree about Lucy spending time on the website, unless it was done unpaid in private time.
