Looking at the LAA PCS Leaflet ( http://www.lightaircraftassociation.co.uk/images/PCS/LAAPCSLeaflet.pdf ) it lists Biennial Review and Tailwheel conversion. I thought they had to be taught by an instructor - eg FI rating.

Do the instructors need to have a CPL ...
