There is 300m and 300m. With good clear approaches no fences hedges etc. and climb outs 300m will present few problems to a D117 or 120. Worth mentioning insurance is an issue the LAA have taken on board, discuss this with Jon or the Coach for clarification.

Jon Morris puts a lot of effort into the training and coaching section.

I concur with the Zeftronics regulator, easy to fit no noise and self diagnosing. No ajustment required, similar price. Pete Smoothy will supply or Aircraft parts.
You will need to know the generator output, that's all.
