I maintained and flew a CP 301 for a few years, and I think it would be very difficult to alter the rudder pedals. It may be worth having a look at the thickness of the seatback, as I think ours was a few inches thick. Possibly fitting a thinner back would give you a bit of leg room. Regards John Mc...
