Re: Has anyone got a Big-Sert kit?

Probably a bit late now but I have one.

This forum is severely underpopulated.
Probably because of the ridiculous anonymity rule.

That's a really useful link thanks.
After some further research I ended up here:

Batteries

Can anyone tell me what the latest advice is regarding replacing a lead acid battery with a Lithium (or otherwise) battery.
I'm sure I saw something about this in the mag recently but I'm buggered if I can find it.

Interesting.
I'm currently trying to find the exact spec of permissable fuel hoses (I want to use a motorsport spec fire-retardant hose) but am struggling to find the relevant data with which to analyse its suitability.

Far better than helicoils is a product called "time-sert" from Wurth.

Cabin heat

Hi,
I'm in the middle of refurbishing a Falco F8.
Currently there's only warm air to the screen and not to your feet and I'd like to rectify this.
Can anyone point me at some hardware for splitting the 1" ID hose and controlling the direction?
Thanks
