I see from the latest Eng doc that 40 kits are cleared to build and 3 cleared to flight test. How long before approval finally achieved. I think the last time I asked was about six months ago and it's over two years since the process started.

Further to above can I buy this and fly it in the UK, if so under what regulations at present. Will I be able to fly it under the new ELA1 regs when they are adopted?

Looking at an article on FK aircraft it talks about the ELA1 and CS SLA being signed late summer 08 and implemented in the UK in 09.

Does this me in the UK in 09 it will be possible to buy the FK 14
