I cannot understand that in a field such as aviation where the people involved are supposed to be intelligent individuals that a small amount on common sense cannot be applied. Hi there, I am interested in purchasing a Cessna 140A (1949) which is currently under the CAA C of A maintenance shedule. Does anybody know if it is possible to transfer this aircraft to a LAA permit and if so, what is the criteria to do so. Many thanks in advance for your time. Regards, Mark.
