Does anyone know if the office at Turweston is open for permits saturday morning

I would like to fit tome strobes but am not sure about the traditional higher power (12v 0.5+ A) things due to the potential interference. Seems newer LED ones are much lower electrical power and potentially just as bright. I don't fly fast (cira 65mph). Any advice (also needs to be approvable by LAA
