Personally I feel Dominic is mistaken in his assertions, however I do see he joined the forum in 2012 and, like me, was possibly an LAA member for a time prior to joining.

Could someone explain what P1, P2, PiC etc has do do with the definition of solo? Sorry Steve, I wasn't questioning your reasoning on who has hands on control. I was curious as to how anyone could legitimately log P2 on an SEP?
