I have lots of issues with this website - I keep getting logged out after about 20 seconds....

I think the requirement has always been there, even on the old blue permit application forms.
From memory, it recommended a re-weigh every 10 years..

Hello,
All (or nearly all) engines need some kind of crankcase breather tube. It allows any pressure build-up in the crankcase to escape.
