Light Aircraft Association

Whilst I would not expect it to be quickly accepted to the LAA, what are the realistic chances of getting this engine accepted by the LAA given reasonable time and ( my) finances ? what are the current max HP limitations ? are they flexible ?

I cant find any mention on the web site of the pre-requisites .......
Total hours on light aircraft ?
medical requirements?
professional licence ?
if i complete such a course - can I charge for my air testing ?

someone point me in the right direction .....
