Re: Wanted A65 Parts

Hi. I've just had an A65 reconditioned by Mike Watts. Great Job. I took him 2 X A65's for that task of which one good one was made. Perhaps you ought to call Mike Watts and tell I suggested you call. He may well have some of what you want. Not sure what Aircraft you are intending Aircraft for? J3 Cu...

Re: LAA Website

Paul Life is subjective....thank goodness. I can choose colours I like, you can choose what you like. In a closer context. You can fly what you like. I can fly what I like. If you dislike the LAA Website that much then why don't you suggest changes you believe your expertise can lead it to. Subjecti...

Re: SkyDemon mobile MD hardware

Richard In the SkyDemon Folder on a Windows Mobile device is a file called system.ini. This file has all the parameters set and recorded when setting preferences in the software. You can edit in a text editor outside of SkyDemon and one of the settings is as follows: AutoStartGps=True UseNativeGps=T...

Unfinished Project

Find myself without aircraft at moment so..... Anyone got an unfinished project that they've been thinking about selling? I'd prefer 4130 frame but wood OK. Single seat or two seat. Something suitable for Continental A75 but not that important. Contact Gerry on 07808 402404 or via Forum e-mail. Rega...

Phil Take a look at these comments from Harry Fenton. They may give a clue. http://www.bowersflybaby.com/tech/fenton.htm#hi_cyl_temp I know it sounds a pain but would it be possible to refit Stromberg Carb. just to test fuel distribution results for diagnostic reasoning. What about the Marvel Jettin...

Paul.
Take a look at http://www.bowersflybaby.com/tech/engines.htm
Some Stromberg information and following link to Harry Fenton's Engine Advice.
Most Stromberg Carb bits can be got from Fresno Air Parts in California.
Great service and pricing.
Mikes advice very pertinent too.
