Magneto Cores
Im looking for a set of magneto cores to return after purchasing a Slick package..
Either a pair of Slicks or Bendix 4 cylinder units will do as long as they are capable of being rebuilt.
I'll be honest I dont want to pay a great deal for them.
Many Thanks

Re: Crankshaft Cad plating
Hi Tony,
Thanks I may do that. I know that Aircraft Specialties Services in the US offer the facility, but was hoping that there would be a similar company here?

Re: Continental C series crankcase modification
I would think it's not difficult to do provided you can obtain the design drawings. Any old school engineering machine shop could do it, mine included. :) Phil, That's what I was expecting.. you can obtain all the required information here.. http://www.if1airracing.com/images/Documents/IF1_Technica...

Continental C series crankcase modification
I've recently had the joy of a cracked centre crank journal in a C85 crankcase. Its a mod thats required for IF1 air racing with the C series engine. My question is, ...

C85 Oil leak
I am chasing an oil leak that appears to be on the join of the crank casing, lower section where the intake spider bolts to the case. Other than removing the engine and splitting etc... are there any other methods of stopping this type of leak? I know in the vintage car world there are additives tha...

Re: Met Office new site
I am a bit late getting into this discussion... However, I have been in contact with the MET office regarding the new mobile and website and to fair to them they have been very positive about comments.
