I did 2 1/2 hours volunteer work on Sat morning in the car park. I only got one 'complaint' from a driver who demanded to know why I didnt give a song and dance act like the guy on the gate!

Joe Kovaks 'Midge', the winner of the LAA simple sub 115 design competition. There was an article in the magazine about a year back with a photo showing the partially constructed aircraft, It would be nice to know if this is still progressing

Spratt103, a French plans built aircraft. The designer confirmed to me last week that he is currently working on the latest set of plans which should be available soon Starflyer, a German designwhich should be sub 115kgs without the chute. They have promised an English language website Mike Sandlins...

I know there are several comercially available (or soon to be available)kits e.g. Eindecker,Dream Classic, Sirocco, Kolb Firefly and the Kid but does anyone know how the entries in our own competition are progressing. The' e-Go' super quick canard seems to have some of the finest brains in the land ...
