Just for the record, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A PIGGY BACK LICENSE!

I have just purchased my first microlite aircraft, a Denny Kitfox. I am considering re-registering it as a Group A aircraft. Can anyone tell what the advantage of that would be? Also, what permission do I need and how do I obtain it for travel to France?
