The C90 in our Jodel D120 pretty much expired yesterday, pilot and plane ok thankfully. So any leads to finding a replacement engine or and recommendations of a decent rebuild shop are welcomed.

Have you tried Pete Smoothy at Airworld UK?
Your installation sounds similar to our Jodel, we worked out that it uses some old Citroen or Renault brake parts.

I was just wondering if any of the Loehle Warbird replica designs have been approved or are being built in the UK? Or have they already been assessed and ruled out by engineering in the past?

They look like a cheapish and practical way of having replica fighter for fun bimbles in the summer ...

I've been watching this aircraft with interest over the last few months with a view to maybe building one eventually. It's certainly a really good looking and performing aircraft and I can't wait to see a UK example fly.
