EASA to Annex 2

Can anyone help , some 9 months ago the BGA and the LAA were in communication regarding the Slingsby Motor Gliders ,and I believe possible gliders being removed from EASA and coming under the umbrella of the LAA this would be in the Annex 2 group , anyone any information

Richard ,many thanks for the information , I have posted the possibility to all Jabiru pilots on our Owners forum , I knew one day it would hit ,well now it has ,It is now up to the captain in command what they do regarding testing , Richard I got in touch with my Insurers and they did`nt even reply...

Thanks Mike , yes I am over 70 and flying like a Gud -un , had a bit of a shake up recently regarding Ethanol ,but have this sorted now thanks to Brian , staying with LAA ,what a team , don`t know what made me think of changing , yes I do old age , take care all you flyers and be old but not BOLD

Rotax v Jabiru

It would pay you to visit SPLASH , I fly behind a Jabiru ,a good engine , Rotax is mainly Mogas , read some of Hangar Chat , but why not have a look at the UL 260 it looks and sounds good and it is on a stand at splash , BR

Hi Mike , No its not a case of Jump ship , but I would like the captain to tell me which way to steer , and tell me what course we were on , information requests have gone into the LAA and with only months away before the introduction of Ethanol , if the insurance can prove you have it in your fuel ...

I should renew my membership at the end of this month , the two tier may help me to stay with the LAA , due to AN 98C with the introduction of Alcohol into Mogas early next year I will not be able to fly my Cat A with Mogas and will have to revert to Microlight this takes me towards the BMAA , News ...
