Mine had done 527hrs and appeared to be all ok, but my inspector suggested I get them overhauled.
One had a cracked case and had to be replaced, so I am glad they where done.

Was going to join the LAA Northern fly in to the rally, but this has been cancelled due to a lack of responses :( So I have the week off, landing slot booked for the Thursday afternoon, and if weather allows, I plan to get some more hours logged and some more airfields in the log book before arrivin...

Not factually correct..
Existing 25kHz radios can be left installed provided that they are only used for exempted frequencies, such as the emergency frequency.

I have the FTA750 used on the AA batteries in the unit. and aerial is external fitted.

Crystal clear RT at 20Nm.

I bought this on 22/02/17 from Bournemouth Avionics for £1188, and have decided not to fit it in my Champ.

I have not claimed for the EASA grant.

Anyone interested?

Out of interest, does anyone know how to convert taper ratios :?

The taper pin I need the reamer for is 0.516" per foot taper, and the reamers shown on Tracy Tools is 1:48. I don't think these are the same, but not sure!

Has anyone got a Taper Reamer No2 0.2474" small end, 0.3781" large end, that they would be willing to loan to me :?:

The Aircraft Spruce Part No is 12-04710.
