Mine had done 527hrs and appeared to be all ok, but my inspector suggested I get them overhauled.
One had a cracked case and had to be replaced, so I am glad they where done.

Out of interest, does anyone know how to convert taper ratios
The taper pin I need the reamer for is 0.516" per foot taper, and the reamers shown on Tracy Tools is 1:48. I don't think these are the same, but not sure!
