Does anybody know of a reliable and CHEAP avionics man, doesn't have to be approved. My King KT79 transponder has just gone belly up.

Any Emeraude buffs out there who could tell me if it is possible to move the rudder pedals forward?
My pedals seem to be in the standard position approximately 4 inches behind the firwall, as I am long in the leg it would be good if they could be moved a couple of inches forward.
