I had seen these tools and wondered who the manufacture/supplier was, so thanks for the heads up.

Could you not order from the states?

Cheers

I also noticed that Googling 'sywell revival' got last years event. It was linked fron the main Sywell site, but I also found it less than informative for those driving in. Basic stuff like when the event was opened and closed to ground crawlers. And who was exhibiting. Since 2010 will be an LAA afa...

Don't think you can send attachments with this system
Best to host it on a web server, then offer a link to it.

Or just ask for Tony's email addy via PM

I wouldn't mind a copy as well

I would caution against using other make covers that 'might' fit, as loose covers on a fabric wing in a strong wind would not be a 'good thing' .... in my opinion correct fit and effective material are the two key criteria, price is almost secondary and likely to be similar across suppliers. Rich I...

This now leads me to believe that the problem lies in the incorrect use uf conversion tables from "foreign" aircraft designs to ...

New notebooks(and any other modernish laptop) can access the 3g network if they have a USB dongle with 3G subscription. Indeed you can sign up for a sub and get a free notebook thrown in. Don't assume you have to have 3G (it dosn't work in a lot of places anyway) I have a Nokia 5800 on non-3g and ca...

It could be for the safety of the aircraft from the general puplic

BTW many LAA members are not owners/pilots and have no airside safety training or experience.

It would be better not to post phone an email details on the forum. Nasty people harvest then for SPAM etc. Once the info has been read by David, I would edit the posts to remove the info.

I agree with Rod and Chris that we are in an age where we move on if we cannot find it on the web. I also agree that an out of date website is almost as bad a no website, yet am guity of failing to find the time to keep the two non-aviation sites I maintain fully up-to-date. However, look at the dem...
