Arplast PV-50

I've just bought an aircraft with a Arplast PV-50 prop fitted to it. Does any body have any maintenance data for these props? I understand that the manufacturer has gone out of business so no joy there. I want to be able maintain the prop and keep it going for as long as possible before it needs rep...

Graham,
You could if your a CAA licensed engineer become a LAA inspector. That's what I did. I'm sure Ken at LAA HQ will help fill you in on the details.
Any way if your inspector is doing his job properly he will doing more than just filling out a form and signing log books.

David think the answer to that is no.The inspections should be signed for by an inspector.See TL2.05 for pilot maintenace.Any thing not mentioned in TL2.05 requires an inspector to sign for it.
