How long to wait for engineering to answer

What should be the time I need to wait for an answer for mods and repair schedule requests. It has been months, I got the postcards as receipt for the money but nothing else, do I need to chase, as I dont like hassling people, if it gets their back up.

The way that the BN islanders and others were insulated for heat loss, not noise, was to use ordinary fibreglass rolls about two inches or so thick sealed into plastic sheets sealed around the edge to match the panel shapes. Bought one of these,from Maplin, load of rubbish,the screen dies at the slightest excuse when ever it wants to and the light overwhelms the camera or doesnt light enough to see. It is going back tomorrow.

Maybe i'm just a sceptic but might this have something to do with the horrendous charges the OFCOM wanted to charge for the use of the frequencies involved, they havent gone away and still want more money to run the QUANGO.

This is typical of some ferry companies, I used to go to the IOM TT race with my bike and they used to drain your tank FOR SAFETY, but all the cars went over unchecked. Check the sender with a gauge in its place and if it is still doing it the check as soon as possible the oil uptake pipe, sometimes STUFF gets over the end and the harder it suck the greater the restriction OR ith pipe is cracked or loose, I think there was a bit of a problem once with this.
