Well we finally got our clearance, still not sure what they were looking at apart from them asking if we had brakes in the front but ready to start training

We put our forms in for training on a permit aircraft a couple of months ago now looking to do tailwheel and aeros courses and still waiting, just wondering if anyone knows what they are checking to take so long, I would not have thought there could be much more than checking you have a valid permit??

A lot of people unhappy with this going to vote with talk of leaving the LAA, perhaps a more effective protest would be to propose a vote of no confidence in the VP!

I find it surprising that people are objecting to the vote at the AGM, as stated anything can be put up for a vote, I will be very surprised if the motion actually gets voted through though and I think everyone should look at her statements in the Times for how much credibility can be given to TCTs ...
