Molex crimp pin

I am installing a Trig TN72 GPS to as Trig TT31 transponder for a friend. I need to remove one Molex crimp from the TT31 connector and add one wire with a Molex crimp pin attached. Can anyone assist? Do you have a Molex extractor tool I can borrow for a few days, or know where to get one? Also do yo...

Hi Bob,

I can't find it on the LAA website but have a copy I can e-mail you. I downloaded it a few years ago.

Re: SkyDemon and SE2 running with a Samsung smartphone

Duncan (and others), I should have mentioned that my SE2 is used as an ADS-B In and FLARM receiver ONLY. No transmit function as I have a separate Mode ES transponder with ADS-B Out. My phone runs fine and doesn't shut down at all. Doesn't get noticeably warm either. I have the latest SE2 firmware l...

SkyDemon and SE2 running with a Samsung smartphone

I use a Samsung S8 Galaxy smart phone to run SD and communicate with my SE2. I have also subscribed to the SD FLARM reception capability. Everything works fine except, very intermittently, I get warnings of aircraft many thousands of feet above me. Typically airliners at FL 150 or whatever and I am ...

Try the Skycraft chop shop:

I got two instruments from them a month ago.

Re: New LAA Website

That is a recent website formatting error as it wasn't like that on Friday.
I think the addition of the "Latest New" update date has caused this issue.

Re: New LAA Website

Can you consider putting a link to the Forum page on the home page so it is a bit more visible? At the moment you have to click on "More", then click on "More" again which is right at the bottom right-hand corner of the display. On my monitor the LAA forum is off the screen and I have to scroll down...

Re: Editing LAA Forms

Nick,

Well, you are correct!
The free version of Acrobat Reader DC I have on my new laptop does allow for form filling and retention of that data.
That certainly wasn't the case about 12-18 months ago.

Thanks for pointing out the improvement in functionality.

Re: Editing LAA Forms

Nick,

Are you sure?
Unless things have changed, you have to purchase the full version of Adobe to "fill in a form" and save your completed form.
You may be able to enter data into a form but you can't save the form you have just completed with your inputted data.

Martc,

What about 5 gaskets for £10, postage included?
That will help a bit towards your engine rebuild costs...

Re: Copper Crush Gasket Seal (Oil Pump) - AN900-28 /MS35769-48

Shame you didn't put out a "wanted" post as I have a few in "stock".
I would have charged you only £1 !

I assume LAS couldn't say when they would get stock in? I see they are showing nil stock and a lead time of a week or so.

Re: Copper Crush Gasket Seal (Oil filter) - AN900-28 /MS35769-48

I will by some but have you got your arithmetic right?
£112 divided by 50 is £2.24 per gasket....
