too early to tell really, i had an oil leak that turned out to be the oil pump housing having a crack where the oil pressure sender screws in due to i assume over tightening.

a new one has been ordered from Conair so it should be back in the air again soon

Cheers

I had a quote from HSBC of £100.00 per month for life insurance, then after filling in the questionair, they demanded a medical (which was fine) but then put a loading on there as i fly and the premium went up to £294.00 per month and had extra exclusions also!!

Hi Paul,

I take it that the boys have been in touch about my covering (i asked for ORATEX with the kit instead of polyfibre)

i just recieved my quote from Culver about 10 mins ago and it was very reasonable so i will probably go with them.

Cheers

Has anyone any experience with applying for permission from Germany for use of their military markings? I am applying for exemption from the CAA but need to show permission from the Luftwaffe to use them

Any help would be appreciated

i have an Eindecker on order (from GSAL) and this looks perfect for that plane. I will talk to GSAL about it but i presume they are already aware of it. I have covered the elevators and rudder of my T51 Mustang using POLYFIBRE and although it is exelent, it can get heavy with its layers of polly bru...
