There is a Titan T51 currently in build using the Susuki V6 engine which Titan supply this is available as 165 or 183 HP so right in the RV range that may be one to watch

Normally in aircraft design text books, the wing area includes the projected area through the fuselage. So wing area is span x cord.

I would ASSUME the codes use that same format
