Magneto Overhaul

A friend needs a couple of Slick 4301 mags overhauled. Has anyone got recent experience of overhaul services they'd recommend?

Re: AVmap Ultra

John, I bought an AvMap Ultra at SnF a couple of years ago and fitted it to my Jodel, replacing the old brick of an electric A/H and its inverter. Re: Thread sealant for NPT aluminium pipe thread fittings.

Re: Charity Flights

Surely this revised CAA guidance on charity flights provides an ideal opportunity for the LAA Strut governance requirements on Third party Passenger Flying to be revisited. http://www.lightaircraftassociation.co.uk/Club%20Governance%20Documents/TPPF.pdf These were originally drawn up in 2012 to make...

Howard Cox RIP

Tragic news that long time Association member and Devon based LAA inspector Howard Cox died in his Irish registered BD5 on Saturday 25th July. He was a good friend to many Devon Strut members and will greatly missed. Devon pilot Howard Cox killed in Bond-style plane - BBC News http://www.irishtimes....
