Well, think about this one 2 recent consultations, Mode S and the Nats TCN thing. Nats recieve 15,000 responses and publish initial feedback after approx 4 weeks. Mode S 2000 responses, and nothing since the end of May. They must be trying to come up with some other ruse to make the Mode S nightmare...

CAA = 1061 employees with nothing better to do !
