Cannot see any reason why the the PA200 intercom wouldn't work with the Yaesu, but have not tried it.

In the first photo it looks as if the rings are still there? They are semi-transparent and should be between the prinked discs of fabric and the aircraft fabric. The ones from LAS, AFAIK are from Aircraft Spruce in the US. It is often worth looking there, even if you buy for LAS as the descriptions...

I think you are probably more interested in the subset of the mechanical fit of a battery to your aircraft and adding suitable wiring. Hi I can't really advise on what to buy, but as an owner of a Aeronca Champ 7AC, can tell you that will NOT be suitable due to AUW. Although you can get thim in your budget. A lot 3-axis microlights will also not be suitable, if you want to fly legally, but again a good few are available in your bud...
