LAS Aero have delivered me some repair materials and I bought the ceconite manual also, so am confident to effect a good repair now

Noticed a slight bit of fabric damage on the Champ wingtip and being new to ceconite coverings would appreciate some advice on best way to repair this.

As the LAA are a delegated authority from the CAA, they must have a documented process for Inspector approvals? Could they have too many inspectors?
