I like these cards and would welcome more first contact frequencies.
The icao identifier is also great for gps use.

Sorry no experience seems one has to fly lowish. Hope this bumps it up.

Also have a question of whether one has to pay the Belgium authorities even if just passing by/through en route to the Netherlands?

Once the change to the ANO has been made by the Department for Transport, flight training at unlic...

Chap up our way just lost his plane (pilot OK) in a forced landing - VW pwr. another with a 912 and the twin off Blackpool had Lycomings.

When I first flew a 2 stroker the instructor told me to expect it to fail one day and fly accordingly. Wise words indeed.

Hi Rob, I have a 195 and get it updated from the Garmin site each spring.

Am very pleased with it and would find it very hard to justify buying new.

We have a few techy type folk at the local field who help us illiterates.

Apart from questions re whether the new radars are being paid for by the wind turbine people and why it seems the cart is before the horse.

I am slightly concerned that CAT is operating at wind turbine blade heights.

I don't see why not as they are happy to take over aircraft from foreign systems even the USA experimental one.

Trevor, The instructor acts as PIC for the 'one hour with an instructor', and you are PUT. As such the instructor must be fully qualified and current (licence, class rating and instructor qualification, together with differences completed) to fly the aircraft. Clearly in the first case they were no...

Only weight for micros. Balance bit is part of permit weighing paperwork and as long as maxima are not exceeded all is OK.

Fast aircraft could use their speed to arrive nice and early after a dawn t/o whilst us slowcoaches are sauntering along. :D

However I do feel it incumbent on the slower approaching aircraft to keep up a decent speed until short finals.
