I am not in the least worried if a member posts under his or her real name or not. If they choose to use an Addy or what ever and it has been cleared by the hierarchy (according to the rules of the forum) then it is
fine by me. LIVE AND LET LIVE !! :D

Brian, I am sorry if i inadvertantly put the preverbiale cat out, I was not insuating. More tha...

I think Carolyn had more than a point. I have seen the Two seater spit on numerous occasions and what she and others have achieved is more than to be respected. Imagine you had a real spit in the hanger and some noddle came along and parked a "copy / replica" on the pan, i dont think you would by to...

Base line is, for the individiual to decide what he wants from his flying. Does he want to stay within the confines of the UK or does he want to spread his wings fur...

Colin, in answer to your questions/statements etc: 1. NO i wouldnt have fallen into the marketing crap trap of some of the companies operating out of the states. They have very lax ideas about things like that, also they can use pallet wood and still get it signed off. You know the quip "Assumption ...

Good morning folks, many years ago when the CB radios were all the scream, we set up the antenna to the radio with a Standing Wave Ratio meter. (SWR). As our Radios are transmitters, then the aerial has too be adjusted to the tranny. So maybe find out who the local radio ham is and get him in on the...

HI Mike,

Bing components are easy to get and cheaply priced here. For example a rebuild set for 40 mm CD carbs incl. 2 membranes, various O-rings and gaskets cost around €45,--
