John,

Do you have any records yourself, ie your Old Licence or Log Book that was stamped by your old flying school when you finished your training?

John, Reference your "quantify" above, I am one of those members Welshman mentions. I am a "spamcanner" although I don't see why a simple comment on the BB requires proof be forthcoming. I feel that Ron is making a valid point about the PFA becoming the LAA and promising to encompass all LA. We all ...

Beautiful lines, it will be interesting to see if it flys as well as it looks. The Italians seem to have a "knack" with sporty designs.

Malcolm,

You know you are going to have to give some feedback, don't you? Enjoy your stay!

Come to think of it, if anyone from the hotel is monitoring this site you should be well looked after!

Dave,

I tried the Aviator when Sywell was first confirmed - it was booked up then. I am one of those on the waiting list. I reckon the committee booked before they announced the date - Only joking!

Captain Eric Moody, skipper on that 747 flight mentioned above when all 4 engines quit, was on TV tonight & gave the impression "that the present restrictions were a bit over the top". He said it went with the job on the route they flew (South East Asia/Pacific) & there were something like 70 or 90 ...

I can't blame Willy Walsh for his "call my bluff" but it still leaves Ron's question unanswered - Who really is in charge? I think we should know!

Up this afternoon from Liverpool Airport, straight from the GA to Holding Point, not having to give way to heavies, flew down Welshpool / Shrewsbury area and after re-entered the zone & being handed over to the tower I was given the longest "Report Finals No 1" I could ever have dreamed of. It must ...
