Re: Jodel detained at Plymouth
BTW, having just bought G-AYLL with tail rot due to being left outside some many years ago, I wonder how the kidnappers would be liable for any such damage caused by their actions to this wooden aircraft. Surely there must be some responsibility on their part.

Jodel DR1050 Drawings
Hi,
I'd like to acquire a set of drawings, not for a new build but to have for information for maintenance.
Would be interested in buying any complete or incomplete plans, especially for the metalwork.
Thanks
Gavin

Hi John,
Thanks for the information and references.
I'm going completely with the mineral based oil with placard on the reservoir and note in the aircraft logbook.
Many thanks
Gavin

Brake System Seal Materials
Guys, I've been looking into brake seal materials to ensure compatibility with master and slave cylinders. From what I can gather so far, EPR is suitable for Dot3 and Dot4 Glycol based fluids and Dot5 Silicon based, but not Mineral based oils. Does anyone know the common materials used for the first...

Re: C90 problem
All of above worth checking. Of particular value is to check the carburettor air passages for dirt or blockages. The 3 holes that enter the Venturi at the point where the throttle closes are particularly important. Any blockage here will effect the mixture through the whole range. When the engine is...

Re: Multi-way fuseholders
Hi Rowland, that's perfect re the rating as I need 30Amps per fuse for 3 fuses on my B&C Alternator. The automotive blade type fuse holders from ebay aren't up to the job.
I'll send you my address details and email address on a PM and paypal will be easiest
Best Regards
Gavin

Hi Rowland,
Sorry for very late response!
If you still have the fuse holders, do you mean 30Amps per fuse?
If so, let me know how I can pay you
Many thanks
