When I was very young my father took me on a visit to the place he worked in Yeovil. They had a nice grass airfield with a lot of open cockpit biplanes parked outside and in the hangars. We couldn't go into one hangar as there was a new top secret aircraft in there, called a Lysander!!

Bob, I enjoyed the video, great to see such a mix of aircraft of the sort that I do not see living as I do under Miami's Class B airspace. For a moment you had me thinking that the LAA was setting up in competition with the
EAA with a Strut in New York USA!!!

I would find it of interest IF it were possible to register! It come up with a strange box asking for an answer when no question has been posed. What sort of idiot come up with things like that!

And to think that I used to tow gliders there on a week end n a non-radio Tiger Moth forty five years ago! Having lived for many years in the USA, I have only ever paid a landing fee once, at Republic on Long Island, a whopping five dollars! The idea of a five hundred pound landing fee is outrageous.
