The SE2 is designed to be play and go!
You need to find a good location to mount the device so it meets SE2's requirements of vertically mounted and with an unobstructed "view" forward.

May not be what you are looking for but Google for AC_43.13-1B which is the "FAA ACCEPTABLE METHODS, TECHNIQUES, AND PRACTICES, INSPECTION AND REPAIR - AIRCRAFT".

Section 2 is about aircraft fabric and gives specs for different fabrics based on wing loading etc.

Derek, The info you want would be hard to compile now as the LAA must have xx different aircraft on their "books". I don't know what number "XX" represents.... I think this is a question you should be asking LAA Engineering about.
They will be able to advise if use of SS bolts in your particular application is acceptable.

Try posting your query on the Flyer GA forum. There are some France based aviators on there who may know.
I don't think the French have the equivalent of our "28 day" rule and I believe establishing a private airstrip may be difficult.
