Daughter learning to fly in our plane

I have been trawling through Lasors trying to find out if my dependent daughter can lean to fly on my (non group owned) C42 VLA plane if she pays me nothing (ie no material interest) and the instructor is paid? I seem to recall its permited. Can any one point me to the words for yea or nay?
If so I may need to find a tame willing instructor in the south beds area.
