RT calls

I have added a link to an excellent video produced by Charles Bonello of the Vale of York Strut that simulates a flight from Full Sutton to Calais and St Omer, using all calls that may be required including Flight plan activation,ZoneTransits, Handovers, etc.
For a bit of fun there are also blind calls made into St Omer.
This video is not intended to be strictly CAP 413 and wasn't meant to be, but it has worked for our Strut on more than 25 trips across the channel.
Please feel free to comment on anything in the presentation, even the climbing to 2000ft phrase.
