YES Strut publishes Online Magazine

Post by Dave Hall » Fri Nov 18, 2011 2:19 am

We have just published our first issue of the free YES Magazine, which can be viewed at http://content.yudu.com/Library/A1uq53/ ... cationSup/
Revised URL now here - practice makes perfect!

As well as containing info on what YES volunteers are doing in a wide range of Youth Aviation activities, there are a number of online activities aimed at youngsters, and some ideas for Christmas presents.

Anyone can enter the competition for a free 2012 Flight Guide donated by Pooleys, and there's also a competition for a copy of Microsoft Flight Sim X, donated by Just Flight. You won't have much trouble with the answers! (Talk about dumming down!).

There are articles on some flying activities which have gone ahead through various alternative arrangements, and details of some of the aircraft projects which have been taken on.

There is also an article on Atlantic AirVenture, a centre near Shannon Airport with aviation memorabilia, flight simulator and activities for all ages. www.atlanticairventure.com

Thanks Martyn. I'm not sure why it was changed this time, but good you noticed and found the right one.

What did you think of the effort?

Top notch. Well done! A lot of work has gone into that and it is very well produced.

Thanks Tom, on behalf of John Marshall, YES Vice-chairman who did all the work on it. Obviously thanks also to all the people who kept youngsters in the loop with flights, experience days etc, and gave us the material to publish.
