East Midlands LAA Strut - April 2017 Meeting

The East Midlands Strut will meet again on Monday 10th April at The Old Plough, Normanton on Soar, Loughborough, LE12 5HB, 7:30pm for an 8:00pm start.

This month we have Bryan Pill (an LAA member) who has worked with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) for almost 24 years, 22 of them as a bush pilot mainly in Africa, operating in South Sudan, Uganda and Chad, as well as two years flying an amphibious Turbine Beaver in Bangladesh. Bryan is an experienced Bush and Float plane pilot and loves small aircraft, in the last few years he has been flying the 208 Caravan. Working with MAF has given him opportunity to work and partner with some amazing people, doing some remarkable work in some very remote places.

This should be a really interesting evening so do come along to see how light aviation is making a real difference in peoples lives.
