Hi All,
Being a fanatic about flying wings, Hugh asked me if I Would like to take on his flying wing. Obviously I jumped at the chance. The journey from Scotland to Cornwall was an adventure all by itself.
I think it is quite incredible that Hughie has designed three SSDR aircraft. You can find them on his website.
Work has included purchasing instruments and a Rotax 462 and fitting them. Making up a wiring loom for both, modifying the rudder pedals and 'tiller' bar, and some composite work.
It should be ready for testing in about 6 weeks.
As soon as I can work out how to post pictures, will post them here

A link to his website would be useful as it is not a type I have heard of before.
Photos are easy, but you need to host them somewhere on the internet first. If you don't have your own web space then http://photobucket.com/ is one of many hosts you can use for free.
Resize the image before uploading, make it no bigger than it needs to be.
Paste URL for the picture in your forum message, then select it all and click the 'Img' button.
BTW posts cannot be anonymous, it's da roolz. If your user name is cryptic, then your signature must have your full name
