South Swedish Vintage Fly-In, 2-4 July 2010

This year’s international fly-in will celebrate the Piper Cub. It's 80 years since the E-2 flew and 75 years since the J-2 flew for the first time. This friendly and informal event is based at Eslöv’s grass airfield (near Malmo) over the weekend of 2- 4 July 2010. I attended last year’s event and there was a real mix of vintage, experimental and ultralight aircraft, so a Piper Cub is not mandatory. Further details and registration at http://www.flyin.se

The weather is fantastic here in Sweden and is forecasted be be warm and sunny for the Fly In. 60 aircraft have already pre-registered from all over northern Europe (two so far from the UK). Still not too late!
