Hertfordshire strut are holding a fly-in at Elstree Aerodrome on Saturday 24th September. Free landing, although donations to the British Disabled Flying Association will be very welcome. In a relaxation of Elstrees normal rules, flexwings are welcome. Pooleys are also offering a 10% discount on the day on production of a valid LAA membership card so if you have any expensive purchases in mind perhaps it is a chance to save a couple of bob.

I've been asked to post the following supplementary information relating to the arrangements for the Herts Strut fly-in at Elstree on 24th September 2011.

'PPR essential and available from; 07549 525108. All approaches and landings to be in accordance with the published procedures (including flex wings). Stream landings not permitted.'

Nothing sinister here, the phone number is Robert (organiser) who intends to collect the Aircraft reg., Departure Airfield, POB and ETA in order to present this information to the tower at Elstree on Saturday morning thus complying with the PPR requirements and saving a bit of hassle for us on the day.
