LAA Photo Reports

We have had the photo reports running as a part of our website for over one year but we are anxious to see it used more by the LAA Clubs. It is a simple web based photo facility where you can upload a simple report and a collection of photographs of a club event as an extension of the facilities in the magazine. The long term aim is the recording of the history of the Association so the activities of today are the history of tomorrow. The events do not have to be large so please consider your next fly-in for adding to our collection.
If you have a member who is always taking photos at your events enlist his help. A report consists of elements.

1. A collection of photos in jpeg or jpg with a size between 130 and 700 kb with a file name written as follows.
If it is an aircraft pic “G-AXZZ.img123.jpg” where img123 is you camera reference. All others eg “Barbeque on Saturday night.img123.jpg”
2. A report in a “word file” and a list of aircraft visitors attending and the name of the photographer(s).

Send this on a CD or if it is not over 4Mb in a zip file to

Stuart MacConnacher, 33 lime Farm Way, Gt. Houghton, Northampton NN4 7AQ or; my email address is in the magazine under Bedford and Chiltern Strut

for an example of one I did recently
