The annual end of season RV gathering is taking place at North Weald airfield on 28th, 29th and 30th September 2012. All are welcome. Could those wishing to fly in please call the North Weald Squadron on +44(0)1992 524510 to let them know the intended date and time of arrival so that the tower staff are adequately briefed and the catering arrangements can be tailored to meet the needs of those attending. The intention is to have the bar open Friday and Saturday evenings. Camping will be allowed on a nominated area close to the Squadron building ( not alongside the aircraft though ).
With over 250 RV's flying in the UK and a number of foreign aircraft declaring their intention to come it should be a good event for anyone with an interest in RV's. Gloster Airparts and Andair intend to be in attendance also.
