Okay, I eventually found the AIC for the 2013 LAA Rally, but it took many clicks and I sort of knew where to ultimately find it. It wasn't where I thought it may be.....
What about those less used to surfing the Internet, and especially our foreign visitors who may need a bit of assistance obtaining the info?
I would have thought there would be a one click link to the AIC on the LAA Rally web page.
Standing by to be corrected!

Re: Sywell LAA Rally AIC
Fair point Tony and I have asked that it be downloadable from a more logical place. Hopefully it will be from tomorrow. You will click on the Rally button on the Home page, then click on MUST READ THE RALLY AIC which is in red under the Flying to the Rally sub-heading. We'll also put it on the NEWS items which will make it a one click job from the Home page.
When you book a slot the link to the AIC is on that page of the Sywell website, and has been since Rally bookings started.
Let me take this opportunity to once again ask all members, if you know somebody is intending to fly into the Rally please ask them if they are aware that they have to book an arrivals slot and follow the instructions on the AIC.

Re: Sywell LAA Rally AIC
Hi Brian,
Thanks for the update.
Yesterday I did look at the Sywell airfield website but didn't proceed past the "book your slot" option, as I had booked a few months ago. I did check this morning and noticed the document you refer to is a "local" document that, no doubt ,the official AIC is based on. The AIC is Revision 13-June-2013 and Sywell's is dated 27 Feb 2013. A draft perhaps?

Re: Sywell LAA Rally AIC
Yes Tony, but it contains all the relevant info. The AIC proper is now available via the NEWS on the home page, also via the Rally button on the home page, and via the Rally tab on the home page list of options (LHS of page) under Flying in.
